Why text? Can’t I call, email, Nextdoor, Instagram or Facebook message us?

*It is more efficient for us to text to set up a meet and greet or go over any questions you my have through a text form of communication. Taking care of dogs out of our home is a 24/7,365 day a year job! We are always with the dogs so they get the attention they deserve. By text only this also cuts down on the amount of inquires we receive through all the different forms of communication listed above. Please be patient and understanding as we are a small business(less than 5 employees) that we do our best to get back to new customer within 42 hours of text inquire.

**Unless you are a current customer that may need a last minute service or we are currently taking care of your dog you may call or text outside of contact hours.

DOG WALKERS AND PET SITTERS INFORMATION:

Employees phone numbers will not be given out to any owner for our employees own safety and privacy. If a emergency is so arise or you have a concern at any point please call or text 847-702-6210. We will either forward the message to your dog walker/pet sitter or you can leave a note on the counter for them.

A manager is always in the area if something is to occur while one of our employees is taking care of your dog to where we can be there within 10 to 30 minutes.
